How To Get Involved

Get Involved

The word “Direct” in Direct Democracy means getting involved!

If you don’t like the decisions made by politicians then you need to come up with better ideas (or improve upon ideas from other people) then actually vote for or against them.

This is the best way to get started:

  • Pick issues that you feel strongly about
  • Find existing listings here on ODD about these issues and vote and comment on them
  • Create your own listings about these issues here on ODD and encourage other people to contribute their ideas
  • Get more active on social. You can do more than just follow us. See our suggestions below for each social platform.
  • Check out our volunteer listings. We are developing various roles for people that want to work on growing and improving direct democracy. We will place a link here when we are ready to accept volunteers.
