We believe better results can be obtained from simple workflow systems that allow everyone to be clear about objectives and focus their energy on execution.

When you start working with us we will work through the following simple process with you:

• We will ask you to complete a “simple” questionnaire that will help us understand your requirements.
• We will develop a plan that meets your requirements together.
• We will use simple (and free) project management tools like Trello to manage workflow.
• We will use simple messaging tools like Slack to manage communication.
• We will provide simple (but effective) reports that outline our plans prior to commencement and show results from ongoing work and results upon completion. 
• You can be as actively or passively involved as you choose.
